About the Opportunity

We are looking for enthusiastic, ambitious, and motivated graduates to join our growing team as Management & Business Development Associates.

No previous experience is required. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training to develop skills in business development, sales, leadership, and business operations.
• Learn and implement customer engagement and business development strategies.
• Represent clients through professional face-to-face customer interactions.
• Contribute ideas and insights to improve team performance and business growth.
• Take on progressively greater responsibilities based on your performance and development.
• Participate in regular reviews, training sessions, and development programmes.
• Build strong communication, leadership, organisational, and people-management skills.
