Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Architect to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating 2D/3D layouts, working drawings, site coordination, and translating client requirements into functional and aesthetic spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

 Create detailed 2D architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and electrical/plumbing layouts.

 Develop 3D models and realistic renders for residential and commercial projects.

 Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), material specifications, and production details.

 Coordinate with site supervisors, carpenters, contractors, and vendors to ensure execution matches the drawings.

 Conduct site visits for measurements and quality checks.

Requirements & Skills:

 Education: Degree or Diploma in Architecture / Interior Design.

 Software Skills: AutoCAD, SketchUp (with V-Ray/Enscape), 3ds Max, or Photoshop.

 Strong understanding of interior materials, modular furniture, and joinery details.

 Good communication skills and ability to manage on-site execution.

 Portfolio is mandatory during the interview.
