Job Description

🚨 Urgent Hiring – Architect cum DesignerLocation: Jakkur, Bengaluru

Experience: Minimum 4 years

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Employment Type: Full-time

  • Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop architectural and interior design concepts as per client requirements.
  • Prepare 2D plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
  • Create 3D models and design presentations.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
  • Conduct site visits and coordinate project execution.
  • Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.
  • Incorporate client feedback and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • RequirementsMinimum 4 years of relevant experience in architecture/design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
  • Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar software is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of construction materials and site execution.
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills.
  • Creative, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.

Salary₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
