Job Description

  • Job DescriptionGenerate leads and connect with potential customers interested in home interiors and renovation.
  • Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferences.
  • Explain Livspace interior design solutions, products, and services.
  • Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
  • Schedule customer meetings and coordinate with interior designers.
  • Maintain customer information and update sales activities in CRM.
  • Convert qualified leads into successful sales opportunities.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
  • Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and project handover.
