• Job ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients and job openings.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, job portals and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, offers and joining.
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• RequirementsFreshers with good communication skills can apply.
• 6 months–2 years of recruitment experience preferred.
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with recruitment targets.
• Basic knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
