Job Description
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all employee-related activities within the news channel, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, performance evaluations, employee grievances, workplace discipline, and employee engagement. The role involves coordinating with editorial, reporting, production, technical, digital, and administrative teams to ensure smooth HR operations and a positive work environment. The candidate must have excellent Kannada communication skills, and Kannada is mandatory for this role. Female candidates only. The HR Manager will also handle employee concerns, training and development, HR policies, performance reviews, conflict resolution, and exit formalities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism across the organization.
