💼 Experience: 6 Months+ Freshers with excellent communication

💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – 20000, Incentives 10000 to 40000

• 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for BPO, Sales, Customer Support and volume hiring.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and calling.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate interactions.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups and joining formalities.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• ✅ What We’re Looking ForMinimum 6 months of recruitment experience.
• Experience in BPO / Volume Hiring / Blue-Collar recruitment is preferred.
• Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
• Strong follow-up and convincing abilities.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
