Job Title: HR Intern (Talent Acquisition & HR Operations)

Location: South India (Placement as per regional language preference)

Stipend: ₹12,500/Per month & Hence after 3 months Stipend Increased to 14k Per Months

Total Duration 6 months + Additional Other Benefits +Variables

Duration: 6 Months (Convertible to Full-Time On-Roll Position)

You will work closely with Recruitment Leads, the Corporate HR Manager, and Business Heads, as part of a

Key Responsibilities

 Receive complete training on all aspects of Recruitment and HR Operations.

 Source the right candidates using job portals and social media platforms.

 Engage with candidates daily to close open requirements and explain job roles and company values.

 Schedule interviews using our ATS system, follow up on interview outcomes, and maintain communication

with stakeholders.

 Maintain and update HR reports and databases, including new employee records and onboarding

documents.

 Support backend HR processes such as HRMS joining formalities and document verification.

 Collaborate effectively within a team while demonstrating independence and initiative.

Requirements

 Recent Graduate (preferred).

 Proficiency in South Indian languages is an added advantage.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Quick learner with research skills and a problem-solving mindset.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

 Excellent presentation and professional representation skills.

 Strong candidate assessment and relationship-building skills.

Benefits

 Monthly stipend of ₹10,000 to 14,000 during internship.

 Opportunity to convert after 6 Months into a full-time HR Executive role with a salary of up to ₹3.0 LPA

(CTC)

 Posting in home region or nearest region, depending on language proficiency.
