Role SummaryThe HR professional will manage the complete employee lifecycle—from sourcing and onboarding manufacturing and sales talent to managing daily HR operations, attendance, and employee relations to support company growth.

• Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles, including telecallers, field sales executives, business development managers, tailors, production staff, and back-office support.
• Utilize job portals, local networks, walk-in drives, and social media/WhatsApp recruitment channels to build a steady talent pipeline.
• Onboarding & Induction:
• Manage end-to-end onboarding, document verification, company policy briefings, and initial orientation for new hires.
• HR Operations & Attendance Management:
• Track daily attendance, leave records, and coordinate monthly data inputs for payroll processing.
• Maintain up-to-date employee files, personal records, and statutory compliance documentation.
• Employee Engagement & Retention:
• Address employee grievances, foster a positive work culture, and implement engagement initiatives to reduce attrition.
• Coordinate performance reviews and assist management in structuring incentive or appraisal programs.
