Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who will work closely with the Marketing Team to create engaging and performance-driven visual content for our e-commerce website, social media, digital advertising, and marketing campaigns.

• Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the Marketing Team to understand campaign objectives and translate ideas into effective visual creatives.
• Create social media posts, stories, reel covers, and promotional creatives.
• Design website banners, collection banners, and product launch creatives.
• Create ad creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Design product-focused e-commerce creatives and promotional materials.
• Edit and enhance product images for online use.
• Develop creative concepts for campaigns, offers, festivals, and new product launches.
• Maintain consistency with Sprig’s brand identity across all marketing channels.
• Resize and adapt creatives for different digital platforms and formats.
• Manage multiple design requirements and deliver creatives within deadlines.
• Skills Required: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Good knowledge of Canva and other relevant design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, layouts, colours, and visual hierarchy.
• Understanding of social media and digital marketing creative requirements.
• Basic video/reel editing skills are an added advantage.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with the marketing team.
