Senior Graphic Designer

JOB PURPOSE/OVERVIEW/SUMMARY:

The Associate Designer will be responsible for creating innovative and visually appealing designs tailored to our corporate clients' needs. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong creative skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in graphic design and a portfolio that demonstrates their ability to create effective designs for corporate branding and gifting purposes

KEY DELIVERABLES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Study Design Briefs and Determine Requirements: o Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives. o Analyze design briefs to plan and execute projects effectively.

● Conceptualize Visuals Based on Requirements: o Develop creative concepts and visuals that align with project goals and corporate branding guidelines. o Transform ideas into engaging and cohesive designs.

● Prepare Rough Drafts and Present Ideas: Create initial design drafts for review and feedback. o Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders for approval.

● Develop Illustrations, Logos, and Other Designs: o Produce high-quality illustrations, logos, and graphics using design software or by hand. o Ensure designs are visually appealing and aligned with corporate branding standards. 

● Use Appropriate Colours and Layouts: Apply suitable colours, typography, and layouts to enhance the visual impact of each graphic. o Ensure consistency and coherence across all design elements.

● Collaborate with Copywriters and Creative Director: o Work closely with copywriters to integrate text and visuals seamlessly. o Follow the creative director's guidance achieve the desired design outcome
