Job Description
Financial Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for the unit.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets, monitoring expenses, and analyzing budget variances.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Monitor vendor payments, customer collections, invoices, and outstanding balances.
Cash and Bank Management: Track cash flow, perform bank reconciliations, and monitor daily transactions.
Cost Control: Monitor operational expenses and identify opportunities to reduce costs.
Accounting and Reconciliation: Maintain accurate financial records, ledger entries, and account reconciliations.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, tax requirements, GST, TDS, and applicable financial regulations.
Audit Support: Coordinate internal and external audits and provide supporting documents.
Inventory and Asset Control: Monitor inventory valuation, fixed assets, and stock-related financial records, where applicable.
Management Reporting: Provide financial analysis and reports to unit managers to support business decisions.
