Field Sales Executive

• Generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, references, and networking.
• Visit corporates, factories, IT companies, hotels, hospitals, schools, and other potential customers.
• Meet HR Managers, Purchase Managers, Admin Managers, and decision-makers to develop business.
• Promote and sell corporate uniforms, industrial workwear, T-shirts, and fabrics.
• Understand customer requirements, arrange samples, submit quotations, negotiate prices, and close orders.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, sales orders, and customer payments.
• Develop new accounts and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular field visit reports.

Candidate Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Industrial Field Sales or B2B sales.
• Experience in uniforms, garments, textiles, workwear, or corporate sales will be an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel with In & Out of the assigned city for customer meetings.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence Required.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of generating business independently.
