Job Title: Part-Time Restaurant Field Sales Executive (4.5 Hrs/Day | Fixed + Daily Petrol)

💰 Fixed Monthly Payout: ₹13,800 Guaranteed (₹9,000 Hourly Base + ₹4,800 Fixed Petrol Allowance @ ₹300/day)
We are hiring smart, energetic Part-Time Field Sales & Onboarding Executives in Bengaluru for BistroBot.in — India’s fastest AI-powered, hardware-free Restaurant Billing (POS) platform.
🕒 WORK SCHEDULE (Only 4 Days a Week!):
• Working Days: Monday to Thursday ONLY (Friday, Saturday & Sunday OFF!).
• Shift Timings: 4.5 Hours per day (Flexible off-peak restaurant hours: e.g., 10:00 AM–12:30 PM & 3:00 PM–5:00 PM, or Afternoon shift 2:00 PM–6:30 PM).
💰 SALARY, DAILY PETROL & HIGH INCENTIVES:
• Fixed Hourly Base: ₹125 / hour (₹9,000/month for just 18 hrs/week).
• Fixed Petrol Allowance (TA): ₹300 per working day (₹4,800/month).
• Total Guaranteed Cash: ₹13,800 / month (Base + Petrol).
• Free Trial Bonus: ₹200 for every qualified Free Restaurant Trial you onboard!
• Paid Conversion Bonus: ₹1,300 per paid store setup (Total ₹1,500 per store) + 20% commission on their first subscription plan!
👉 Easily earn ₹22,000 to ₹28,000+ per month working just half-days!
🎯 YOUR DAILY ROLE:
1. Visit 8–10 cafés, restaurants, bakeries, or restobars per day in your assigned Bangalore hub.
2. Show the owner how BistroBot creates their digital menu in 2 minutes just by snapping a photo.
3. Register interested restaurants for a Free Trial on their phone/tablet/PC.
✅ REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and smartphone.
• Good communication in English & Kannada / Hindi.
• Freshers, college students, or experienced Paytm/PhonePe/Swiggy/FMCG field executives are welcome!
