● Education- Graduation/HSC qualified.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Good Interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability.

● Decision making skills.

● Language required: English + Hindi+Marathi

● Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word).

● Should be flexible for day shift- (9-hour of login between 8 AM - 10PM).

● Comfortable with working 6 days a week and the week off will be onweekday. Note: Bike +Lisence Mandatory

Specific Responsibilities

1. Candidate will have to travel in and around 10-15 km radius

2. Will have to visit 6-7 customer places daily

3. Will have to do inspection and consult the customer about the service Skill Set ➔ Good communication skills. ➔ Interact with customers in-person, over the phone; e-mail; chat; WhatsApp and assist the customer by handling their queries and feedback. ➔ Speak to owners of the properties and fix appointments with them. Enhance the firm’s brand reputation in your interactions. ➔ Taking care of meetings scheduled by the RM ➔ Maintaining good relationships with existing clients by providing required services to them in a timely manner.
