Job SummaryWe are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to drive regional brand awareness, lead generation, partnerships, and patient footfall through on-ground marketing activities.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute regional field marketing strategies.
  • Organize free medical camps, corporate wellness programs, apartment awareness sessions, yoga events, roadshows, exhibitions, and local promotions.
  • Generate quality leads and ensure conversion in coordination with the sales/clinic team.
  • Build partnerships with hospitals, doctors, corporates, clinics, wellness centres, fitness clubs, and local businesses.
  • Develop doctor referral and corporate partnership programs.
  • Recruit, train, and manage field marketing executives/promoters.
  • Monitor daily activities, targets, campaigns, and team performance.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective ROI.
  • Maintain lead and campaign data using CRM/Excel.
  • Conduct competitor and local market analysis.
  • Coordinate with digital marketing/design teams for promotional materials.
  • Required SkillsStrong communication, networking & negotiation skills.
  • Leadership and team management.
  • Business development and event execution.
  • Target-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint & CRM.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Eligibility3–6 years’ experience in field marketing, business development, sales, healthcare, wellness, Ayurveda, pharma, or FMCG.
  • Healthcare/Ayurveda/wellness experience preferred.

Mandatory RequirementTwo-wheeler ownership + valid driving licence is compulsory.
