Contract: 6 months, Full‑time Mode: 100% Field Role

Earnings: ₹25,000 fixed + uncapped incentives

🌟 Role OverviewAs a Zonal Data Captain, you will own the business pipeline for your assigned zone. Your mission is to identify, convert, and manage businesses for commercial video data collection. This is a high‑ownership, field‑driven role where your earnings grow directly with your daily conversions.

1. 💼 Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Acquisition

• Convert new businesses daily for video data collection.
• Target factories, workshops, service centers, warehouses, kitchens, and other multi‑worker environments.
• Ensure accurate completion of conversion forms with verified details.

• Scout and open new towns, industrial clusters, and corridors.
• Build deep knowledge of local business hubs and categories.

1. Recording Day Support

• Be present at businesses you converted during recording.
• Resolve owner concerns, access issues, and scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain strong relationships to keep businesses engaged through the recording cycle.
• 💰 Compensation & IncentivesFixed Salary: ₹25,000/month (paid regardless of incentives)
• Incentives: Daily slabs, uncapped, paid monthly
