Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities

• Promote company e-waste collection and IT asset disposal services 

• Generate leads from corporate, IT parks, institutions, and bulk consumers 

• Build relationships with clients, vendors, recyclers, and CSR teams 

• Prepare client proposals, daily visit reports, and send to top Management.

• Work closely with IT Manger, Admin operations teams to achieve targets

• Identify and approach clients for e-waste collection and recycling services

• Develop business opportunities with corporate companies, industries, schools, and institutions

• Maintain relationships with existing customers

• Coordinate e-waste pickup and logistics activities

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

• Maintain records of customer interactions and collections

Required Skills

• Good communication  skills 

• Marketing and sales knowledge 

• Client handling and negotiation skills 

• Basic knowledge of e-waste management and recycling 

• MS Office and email communication knowledge 

• Ability to work independently and in a team

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or related field 

• MBA is an added advantage
