Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Assist in the daily management of the store, including opening/closing procedures, cleanliness of the store, staff scheduling, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Ensuring availability of sales staff and assistants to attend to customers.
• Customer Experience & Styling: Model exceptional salesmanship by providing personalized styling suggestions. Understanding customer requirements to help ease the purchase process,  Resolve customer grievances professionally.
• Fabric & Inventory Management: Oversee fabric stock levels, coordinate with vendors for replenishment, and conduct regular audits of textiles (silks, cottons, handlooms) to ensure quality and prevent shrinkage.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain the aesthetic standards of the store, ensuring that ethnic wear displays and fabric drapes are visually appealing and reflect current trends.
• Team Training: Mentor and train sales associates on fabric knowledge, garment care, and upselling techniques to meet revenue targets.
• Sales Analysis: Track daily sales reports, monitor conversion rates, and suggest promotional strategies to the Store Manager to increase footfall.
