Job Description
- Contact customers through phone calls, messages, and field visits to follow up on overdue payments.
- Explain outstanding dues, payment schedules, and available repayment options to customers.
- Negotiate suitable payment arrangements in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, commitments, and payments.
- Follow up regularly on promised payment dates and pending accounts.
- Conduct field visits when required to facilitate recovery.
- Achieve assigned monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Escalate difficult or disputed accounts to the appropriate supervisor.
- Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Submit daily/weekly collection reports to the reporting manager.
- Maintain professional and respectful communication with customers at all times.
