About the RoleWe are looking for a Field Deployment Executive to support our on-ground AI data collection operations across Bengaluru.

You will work directly with workers and site teams to ensure camera-enabled equipment is deployed and used correctly, data is collected on time, and daily targets are achieved.

• What You'll DoVisit assigned sites and coordinate with workers and site supervisors.
• Distribute and track camera-enabled caps and other equipment.
• Ensure workers use the equipment correctly and recording happens as planned.
• Track daily data collection and recording targets.
• Collect and upload/transfer recorded data on time.
• Monitor equipment and report any loss, damage or technical issues.
• Resolve basic on-ground issues and escalate major issues when required.
• Maintain daily MIS/Excel/Google Sheets updates.
• Regularly follow up with sites and workers to ensure targets are met.
• Ensure field-level SOPs and data collection guidelines are followed.
• What We're Looking For12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in field operations, logistics, delivery, field sales, surveys, last-mile operations or similar roles.
• Freshers with good communication skills and strong ownership can also apply.
• Comfortable interacting with workers, supervisors and company representatives.
• Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones, Google Drive, online portals and basic Excel/Google Sheets.
• Comfortable working with daily targets and multiple field locations.
• Willing to travel extensively across Bengaluru.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
