Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries and requests through email.
  • Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions.
  • Assist customers with banking-related products and services.
  • Handle queries related to account services, transactions, cards, payments, and other banking services.
  • Verify and process customer requests according to defined procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and requests.
  • Follow banking process guidelines, quality standards, and data-security procedures.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
  • Ensure timely responses and resolution of customer queries.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and banking information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer concerns.
  • Deliver professional and customer-friendly communication through email.
