Job Description
Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Process: Semi-Voice Process
Location: Silk Board, Novel Tech Park,Bangalore
Joining: Immediate
Working Days: 6 Days Working
Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Off
Shift Timings: 24/7 Rotational Shifts, including Day, Mid, and Night Shifts
🎯 Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and concerns through the assigned communication channels.
- Understand customer issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Assist customers with accurate and relevant information.
- Ensure a positive and satisfactory customer experience.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with customers.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow the required process guidelines.
✅ Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
- Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts and mid shifts.
- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and patiently.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
