Job Description
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Explain loan features, Real estate, interest rates, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
- Collect and verify customer documents.
- Follow up with customers until loan approval and disbursement.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs and internal teams for smooth processing.
- Maintain daily customer and sales reports.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely follow-up.
