Job Summary The Executive – Inbound Sales is the first point of contact for customers reaching out to purchase products or services. The role involves handling inbound calls, identifying customer needs, presenting relevant solutions, creating urgency, and converting inquiries into bookings. The Executive is expected to consistently work toward monthly sales targets. Responsibility Descriptions • Inbound Call Handling: Answer all inbound sales calls promptly and professionally • Needs Identification: Understand customer requirements and recommend the most relevant product/service • On-call Booking: Convert inbound inquiries into bookings using the defined sales process • Lead Management: Follow up on warm leads (PTB) within 24 hours of first contact; log all interactions in CRM • Lead to Conversion: Progress each lead through the sales funnel toward closure • Quality & Compliance: Adhere to call scripts, data security norms, and internal compliance policies • Documentation: Log all interaction details in CRM within 30 minutes of call completion
