Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Executive with 3–5 years of experience in the Real Estate or Construction industry. The ideal candidate should have strong client-handling, negotiation, and closing skills, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets

Key Responsibilities

Manage and follow up with assigned sales leads and convert them into successful sales.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and key accounts.

Conduct client meetings, project presentations, site visits, and negotiations.

Understand and effectively communicate project details, specifications, timelines, pricing, and basic technical aspects to clients.

Follow up with prospective clients and ensure timely closure of deals.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update customer information in CRM/sales management tools.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry to closure.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Be comfortable working on-site and attending client meetings and project/site visits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–5 years of proven sales/business development experience, with mandatory experience in the Real Estate or Construction industry.

Kannada language proficiency is compulsory.

Strong client relationship management, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.

Good understanding of real estate/construction products, project timelines, and basic technical concepts.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Experience using CRM or sales management tools.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

MBA or relevant professional certification is an added advantage.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-centric approach.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when required, based on client and project requirements.

Note: Candidates with Real Estate or Construction experience will be given preference, and relevant industry experience is mandatory for this role.
