Job Description
Make outbound calls to prospective students and understand their career interests and requirements.
Provide clear and accurate information about aviation, hospitality, and related courses.
Explain course details, eligibility, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
Invite interested candidates to attend free career counselling sessions at the institute.
Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective students and assist them with the next steps.
Build positive relationships with students and parents through professional communication.
Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and candidate interactions.
Address basic queries and coordinate with the counselling/admission team when required.
Handle candidate concerns professionally and provide appropriate information.
Communicate effectively in Kannada, and English.
Follow company guidelines and maintain a professional standard of customer interaction.
