Make outbound calls to potential B2B customers.
Identify businesses that can benefit from CCTV-based night monitoring.
Speak with business owners, founders, managers, and security decision-makers.
Explain VMSCOUNT's services and benefits clearly.
Understand the customer's existing CCTV and security requirements.
Qualify leads based on business type, location, CCTV availability, security requirements, and decision-making authority.
Schedule appointments/site visits for the Field Sales Executive.
Follow up regularly with interested prospects.
Maintain daily call, lead, appointment, and follow-up records.
Update leads and customer information in Excel/CRM.
Coordinate with the Field Sales team regarding scheduled appointments.
Achieve monthly calling, appointment, and sales-support targets.
Maintain a professional relationship with prospects throughout the sales process.
