Customer Support Executive – Voice Process
📍 Location: Bommanahalli
💼 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18000per month
🕒 Shift: Day shift / Rotational shifts (both male & female welcome)
🗣 Languages Required: English & Hindi
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team to boost customer satisfaction
- Follow company policies and quality standards
Requirements:
- Fluency in spoken English and Hindi
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible to work day and rotational shifts
- Good problem-solving attitude, customer-focused
