Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Debt Collection Executive to handle 90+ DPD (Days Past Due) loan accounts. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, following up on overdue payments, negotiating repayment/settlement options, and achieving assigned collection targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle 90+ DPD delinquent loan accounts and ensure timely recovery.
• Contact customers through calls and other approved communication channels regarding overdue payments.
• Follow up consistently with customers to secure payments and resolve outstanding dues.
• Negotiate suitable repayment or settlement options within company guidelines.
• Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and follow-ups.
• Handle customer objections and provide appropriate resolution within the defined process.
• Escalate difficult or high-risk accounts to the concerned team.
• Ensure all collection activities are carried out professionally and in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines and targets.
• Candidate Requirements1–3 years of experience in debt collection/recovery, preferably in the lending, fintech, NBFC, banking, or financial services sector.
• Experience handling 90+ DPD accounts is mandatory/preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Willingness to work under pressure and handle challenging customers.
• Ability to handle rejection and difficult conversations professionally.
• Good follow-up and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and collection software.
• Candidates with experience in tele-calling, field collections, loan recovery, or digital lending collections will be preferred.
