Job Description

  • Counter Sales Executive – Roles & ResponsibilitiesAttend customers and understand their requirements.
  • Help customers select products, sizes and styles.
  • Handle billing and POS transactions.
  • Manage cash, UPI and card payments.
  • Maintain accurate daily sales records.
  • Handle exchanges and returns as per company policy.
  • Keep the sales area neat and well-organized.
  • Ensure proper product display and stock availability.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse for stock requirements.
  • Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
