ABOUT THE COMPANY

Bengaluru-based elevator manufacturer with 16 years of experience, known for German-engineered elevators, regularly upgraded technology and strong post-sale support. The portfolio covers passenger, hospital, hydraulic, capsule and home/villa elevators, designer cabins, elevator controllers, automatic doors and AMC packages.

ROLE SUMMARY We are looking for a driven sales professional to grow the elevator business through new project acquisition, key account management and channel relationships with builders, architects, developers and institutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Identify, pursue and close new business from builders, developers, architects, consultants, hospitals, commercial and residential projects.

• Understand client requirements (floors, load, speed, shaft size, usage) and recommend the right elevator model and configuration.

• Conduct client meetings, site visits and product presentations; coordinate with the technical team for feasibility and drawings.

• Prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate commercial terms and close orders within target timelines.

• Promote AMC packages and generate repeat business and referrals from existing customers.

• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline; track leads and follow-ups in CRM / MIS.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and report progress to management.

• Track market trends, competitor offerings and pricing to support business strategy.

• Coordinate with the design, production, installation and service teams for smooth order execution and client satisfaction.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing.

• 4 – 6 years of B2B / project sales experience, preferably in elevators, lifts, escalators, building materials, MEP or similar capital equipment.

• Proven track record of achieving targets and closing project orders.

• Good understanding of elevator types, specifications and the builder / architect / consultant ecosystem.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

• Excellent relationship-building and follow-up discipline.

• Ability to read basic drawings and understand technical specifications.

• Proficiency in MS Office; comfortable with CRM tools.

• English and Kannada required; Hindi / Telugu / Tamil is an advantage.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented and willing to travel locally for client meetings.
