Job Description

Designation: Client Relations Executive

Dept: Sales

Minimum Qualification Required: Graduate from any stream

Min & Max experience: 1-3 Years


Job Specification:


● Acts as point of contact for the client and attends to customer issues promptly.

● Coordinating with various teams for the resolution of client escalations.

● Upselling & Quality control among data systems.

● Providing actionable insights and sales to ops & product teams

● Conduct adhoc and b2b sales analysis as needed to support business requirements and provide timely business insights

● Profitability Analysis

● Bidding
