Vacancy: Technical Project Coordinator

Salary: ₹30,000–₹45,000 per month, based on experience and capability

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Technical Project Coordinator to assist in managing our residential architecture and construction projects.

Qualification

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience
• Experience in independent residential projects is preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate between clients, architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants and site teams
• Understand architectural and structural drawings and communicate them clearly at site
• Prepare and modify basic floor plans and working drawings in AutoCAD
• Visit sites, monitor progress and identify execution-related issues
• Follow up on drawings, approvals, material selections and pending decisions
• Maintain project schedules, meeting notes and action-item lists
• Ensure updated drawings and instructions reach the concerned teams
• Coordinate client meetings and document changes requested by clients
• Assist the Principal Architect/Founder with day-to-day technical and project-related activities

Required Skills

• Good understanding of residential construction and site execution
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Ability to read architectural, structural and services drawings
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Organised and capable of following up until tasks are completed
• Willingness to visit different project sites in Bangalore
• Basic knowledge of Excel and project scheduling
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred

This position is suitable for someone who can act as a bridge between design, clients, consultants and site execution.
