Civil Site Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage our company’s own construction projects, including warehouse buildings, industrial structures, and other civil works.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
• Manage construction work for warehouse buildings and industrial projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and workers.
• Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor RCC, foundation, flooring, brickwork, plastering, roofing, and other civil works.
• Check quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
• Take measurements and verify work completed by contractors.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and other project teams when required.
• Maintain site records, measurements, bills, work progress reports, and other documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site procedures.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely completion.
• Ensure projects are completed within the planned timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• RequirementsDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction/site execution.
• Experience in warehouse, industrial, commercial, or building construction projects will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of civil construction activities, drawings, measurements, and estimation.
• Ability to manage contractors and site workers.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Preferred SkillsAutoCAD knowledge.
• Knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, and material planning.
• Understanding of RCC and structural/civil works.
• Site supervision and contractor management.
• MS Excel and basic documentation skills.
