Job Description

🔧 FQC (Floor Quality Controller) – Roles & Responsibilities

  • vehicles after service and repair work.
  • Ensure all jobs mentioned in the job card are completed properly.
  • Check vehicle quality, safety, and overall condition before delivery.
  • Conduct road tests and identify any issues or repeat complaints.
  • Verify that all repairs and replacements meet company quality standards.
  • Coordinate with technicians and Service Advisors to rectify pending issues.
  • Check vehicle cleanliness and ensure it is ready for customer delivery.
  • Ensure proper functioning of mechanical, electrical, and safety systems.
  • Maintain quality inspection records and reports.
  • Minimize repeat repairs and customer complaints.
  • Ensure vehicles are delivered on time with proper quality checks.
  • Follow company service processes, safety standards, and quality procedures.
