Job Description

  • Handle customer technical queries and provide appropriate support.
  • Handle data recovery jobs from start to completion.
  • Analyze hard disks, SSDs, and other storage devices.
  • Diagnose disk-related issues and identify recovery possibilities.
  • Perform logical and basic physical data recovery tasks.
  • Monitor and update the progress of each recovery job.
  • Maintain proper records of customer devices and recovery status.
  • Communicate work progress and technical updates to customers.
  • Coordinate with the team for complex or advanced recovery cases.
  • Required SkillsBasic knowledge of computers and storage devices.
  • Understanding of HDD, SSD, partitions, file systems, and disk-related issues.
  • Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Willingness to learn data recovery tools and techniques.
  • Experience with data recovery tools will be an advantage.

Experience0–2 years / Freshers with relevant technical knowledge can apply.
