Position: Business Development Executive (Academic Programs)
Location: Marathahalli, Bengaluru
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹45,000per month + Unlimited Incentives
Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Business Development Executives to promote our UG & PG academic programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for counseling students, and the ability to convert inquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding UG & PG programs.
Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Convert inquiries into successful admissions.
Maintain student records and daily reports.
Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
Eligibility
Age: 21–28 years
Any Graduate
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Skills Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
English & Kannada (Mandatory).
Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam (Preferred).
Basic computer knowledge.
