About the RoleWe are seeking a forward-thinking, insights-driven Business Analyst to join our Seller Support Operations team. In this role, you will move far beyond traditional spreadsheet management and manual reporting. You will leverage Python, Advanced Data Analytics, and AI/LLM tools to automate data workflows, eliminate manual data engineering friction, and uncover deep, actionable operational insights.

Your ultimate goal will be to share insights to optimize seller satisfaction, reduce support ticket volumes, improve resolution metrics (TAT/AHT), and build self-service data pipelines that empower leadership decision-making.

Key Responsibilities1. Advanced Analytics & Insight Generation (Core

Focus)●    Drive Business Impact: Translate complex operational data into clear, strategic narratives and executive recommendations that directly improve Seller Experience.

●    Root-Cause Analysis: Perform deep-dive analyses to identify systemic operational bottlenecks, emerging ticket trends, seller pain points, and SLA drop-offs.

●    Operational Monitoring: Design, monitor, and optimize key metrics across seller support (e.g., Ticket Coverage, First Contact Resolution, AHT, TAT, and Seller CSAT).

2. Process Automation & Modern Data Engineering●    Beyond Excel: Transition legacy, manual Excel reporting into automated Python scripts, SQL queries, and automated data pipelines.

●    Workflow Automation: Eliminate repetitive data preparation ("data making") by engineering robust scripts that fetch, clean, transform, and aggregate raw datasets automatically.

●    Dashboarding & Visualization: Build scalable, interactive dashboards (using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Streamlit) that update automatically and deliver real-time operational visibility.

3. AI & LLM Integration●    AI Tooling: Utilize modern AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT/Claude APIs, custom LLM agents) to accelerate data processing, code writing, and pattern recognition.

●    Unstructured Data Mining: Apply NLP (Natural Language Processing) and AI techniques to parse unstructured seller feedback, voice transcripts, and ticket descriptions to discover hidden intent patterns.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration●    Work closely with Operations and Program teams to translate operational insights into permanent product fixes and automated seller workflows.

●    Function as the strategic liaison between raw data and executive decision-makers, communicating insights via clear dashboards, business reviews, and brief summary notes.

Preferred Background●    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.

●    Experience: 2+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Operations Analytics, or Data Engineering roles.
