Job Role: In-Store Promoter (ISP)

Location: Bengaluru

• Job ResponsibilitiesPromote and demonstrate Pureit water purifier products to customers visiting the retail store.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable water purifier products.
• Explain product features, benefits and offers to customers.
• Generate sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Demonstrate products and provide basic product information to potential customers.
• Maintain good relationships with store staff and customers.
• Ensure proper product display and branding within the store.
• Track daily customer interactions, leads and sales.
• Submit regular sales reports as required.
• Candidate RequirementsExperience in retail sales, in-store sales or product promotion.
• Candidates with experience in water purifiers, home appliances, consumer durables or electronics sales will be preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets.
• Candidates with experience in brands such as Pureit, Aquaguard, Kent, Livpure, AO Smith, Havells or other home appliance brands will be an added advantage.

Qualification12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate

Experience1–5 years in Retail Sales / In-Store Promotion / Consumer Durables Sales
