💼 PositionSales Representative – Real Estate
- 📌 Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and manage real estate leads through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements, budget and investment objectives.
- Explain projects, specifications, pricing, payment plans and investment benefits to customers.
- Arrange and conduct face-to-face meetings and project/site visits.
- Build strong relationships with prospective buyers and investors.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate and assist customers through the booking and closure process.
- Achieve individual monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Stay updated on Bangalore's real estate market, upcoming projects and pricing trends.
