Job Description

ATM Mitra – Job DescriptionPosition: ATM Mitra / ATM Executive

Department: Banking Operations

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: Field-based

  • Roles & ResponsibilitiesVisit assigned ATMs regularly and ensure proper functioning.
  • Check ATM availability, cleanliness, and basic operational issues.
  • Coordinate for cash replenishment and avoid ATM cash-out situations.
  • Check receipt paper, ribbons, cartridges, and other consumables.
  • Report ATM technical issues to the concerned support/vendor team.
  • Perform basic ATM balancing and operational checks as per company/bank process.
  • Coordinate with bank branches, cash-in-transit teams, and service vendors.
  • Maintain daily visit/service reports and update the required system.
  • Escalate any security, cash, or technical issue immediately.
  • Ensure assigned ATMs maintain maximum uptime and service availability.
  • Candidate RequirementsEducation: 10th / 12th / Any Graduate
  • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Good communication and basic smartphone knowledge.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
  • Basic knowledge of banking/ATM operations is an advantage.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
