Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting and operational activities.
- Maintain invoices, bills, receipts, payments, and financial records.
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records in Excel/software.
- Manage daily operations and coordinate with internal teams.
- Prepare basic reports, MIS, and account statements.
- Track payments, expenses, and outstanding amounts.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in reconciliation and documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned operational and accounting tasks.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Knowledge of Tally/ERP software preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
