Job Description
**Accounting Executive – Rajan Equipments and Logistics (Sarjapur, Bengaluru)**
We are a crane rental, towing, machinery shifting and heavy logistics company. We need a reliable accounts person for daily accounting and payment collection.
**Responsibilities**
- Make daily entries for cash, bank, sales and purchases
- Maintain ledgers and pass journal entries
- Prepare bills and invoices in Vyapar
- Follow up with customers and collect pending payments
- Keep a record of outstanding amounts and send regular payment reminders
- Update receipts in Vyapar once payments come in
- Track supplier dues and keep vouchers and bills organised
- Prepare simple daily and monthly reports for the owners
**Requirements**
- B.Com or equivalent (or relevant accounting experience)
- 1 to 3 years of experience in basic accounting
- Knowledge of Vyapar, Tally or similar billing software
- Good with MS Excel and basic computer work
- Comfortable calling customers and following up politely on dues
- Honest, punctual and able to work independently
