Job Description
Junior HVAC Technician
Location: Bangalore
Department: Projects / Service
Experience: 0–2 years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or relevant technical experience
Role
We are looking for a hardworking and technically inclined Junior HVAC Technician to support our project and service teams in the installation, servicing and maintenance of HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Technicians in HVAC installation, servicing and maintenance.
- Handle tools, equipment and materials safely and correctly.
- Support installation and maintenance of AC, VRF, AHU, chillers and related HVAC systems.
- Follow instructions, safety procedures and company standards at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper care of tools, equipment and work areas.
- Complete assigned work responsibly and on time.
- Learn and develop technical skills through hands-on site experience.
- Report site issues, material requirements and technical concerns to the Senior Technician.
- What We Look ForBasic understanding of HVAC / refrigeration systems.
- Good practical and mechanical aptitude.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Punctual, disciplined and dependable.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Good attitude towards customers, colleagues and site work.
- ITI / relevant HVAC certification and prior field experience preferred.
