About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and fluent-communicating Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, and support sales for our construction business. The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of telecalling experience, preferably in construction, real estate, or building materials, with excellent verbal communication skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers/leads for construction products/projects
• Handle inbound customer queries related to products, pricing, and availability
• Explain product/project details clearly and address customer questions confidently
• Follow up consistently with leads to move them through the sales pipeline
• Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel
• Schedule appointments/site visits for the sales team where required
• Achieve daily/weekly call targets and lead conversion goals
• Coordinate with sales and back-office teams for smooth lead handoff
• Handle customer complaints/queries professionally and escalate when needed
• Maintain a polite, professional tone and represent the company well on every call
• RequirementsGraduate in any discipline
• 3–4 years of telecalling/telesales experience (construction, real estate, or building materials industry preferred)
• Fluent communication in [English / Hindi / regional language] — both verbal and written
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with high call volumes and target-driven environment
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools)
• Patient, confident, and customer-focused approach
