Real Estate Sales Manager

Job description

We are channel partner real estate company & hiring an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead the sales, drive revenue, and achieve business targets. Candidates with experience in projects from Godrej, Sobha, Prestige, Brigade, and other reputed Bangalore developers will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

·        Lead and manage the sales to achieve monthly targets.

·        Handle leads, client meetings, and property site visits.

·        Closing the deals & maintain sales reports.

·        Build strong client relationships.

Eligibility

·        Experience: Min. 6-8 months experience in Real Estate Sales

·        Good knowledge of East, North, South Bangalore projects.

·        Excellent English communication, negotiation skills.

·        Immediate joiners preferred.

Working Days: Tuesday To Sunday | 10:00 AM 7:00 PM.

Field visits & client meeting may require extended hours.
