Telecalling Executive

As a Loan Collection Telecaller, you will be the voice of our organisation for customers with overdue payments. Your role goes beyond reminders—you will help customers find practical repayment solutions, protect their credit health, and contribute directly to the company’s financial strength. Every successful conversation you have will help both the customer and the business move forward.

Make outbound calls to customers with overdue EMIs, loans, or credit card dues, following a structured calling schedule.Politely remind customers of outstanding payments and explain repayment options.Negotiate and agree on repayment plans that are realistic and mutually beneficial.Maintain accurate records of calls, commitments, and follow-ups in the CRM system.Escalate complex cases to the collections manager or legal team when necessary.Collaborate with the finance and customer service teams to ensure smooth resolution of accounts.Stay updated on company policies, RBI guidelines, and compliance requirements for collections.
