Job Description
We are looking for passionate, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individuals to join our
Resource Mobilization Team. As a Tele Resource Mobilizer, you will connect with potential
donors over the phone, create awareness about the work of TLMTI, and encourage them to
support our humanitarian initiatives through financial contributions.
This opportunity suitable for candidates with excellent communication skills and a passion
for making a social impact.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective donors using the provided database.
Introduce donors to the mission and impact of The Leprosy Mission Trust India.
Build meaningful conversations and encourage financial support for TLMTI's projects.
Maintain accurate records of calls and donor interactions.
Achieve assigned monthly fundraising and calling targets.
Follow organizational guidelines, call scripts, and quality standards.
