About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller / Customer Calling Executive who enjoys talking to people and is willing to learn, grow and build a better career.

Your primary responsibility will be making calls to customers and potential clients, understanding their requirements, sharing information about our products/services, and generating leads or enquiries.

We are not looking for degrees or fancy qualifications. We are looking for someone with the hunger to succeed, confidence to communicate and a burning desire to learn and grow in life.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

* Introduce our company, products and services clearly and confidently.

* Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.

* Follow up with customers and leads regularly.

* Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries and follow-ups.

* Explain basic product/service information to customers.

* Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads and customer requirements.

* Build a positive relationship with customers through professional communication.

* Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.

* Continuously improve communication, product knowledge and sales skills.

What We Are Looking For

* Basic English communication is required.

* Knowledge of Kannada is an added advantage; Hindi will also be an advantage.

* Good command over communication and the confidence to speak with customers.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Comfortable making a large number of calls every day.

* Ability to listen, understand and respond to customers properly.

* Basic computer/mobile knowledge.

* No degree is required.

* Freshers are welcome if they have the right attitude.
